'#Life in plastic - it's fantastic#' It sure is for Barbie! The infamous doll got all diamondified before she went up for auction at famous New York auction house Christie's! The limited edition, custom-designed Barbie doll is wearing a one-carat pink diamond necklace surrounded by three-carat white diamonds, all designed and created by jeweller Stefano Canturi, in a bid to raise money for Breast Cancer. But Canturi's hand in the masterpiece didn't stop there, he took four weeks to also design the party dress and shoes, the doll's frame, hair and even nail polish! The result? Well the doll sold for a whopping $302,500 (around £191,0000)!! See Stefano & Barbie below:-
