This Fall it's all about the grown up look - being lady-like and taking fashion to a higher level. But in the case of our heels, it's about bringing it down a notch! The Kitten heel is back and we do breathe a sigh of relief - this little piggy no longer wants to go home! We love our extra bit of 6-inch height but we just want to throw them off after a long day of aching. So now we can be comfortable and look chic at the same time.
Louis Vuitton, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana to name a few all had their models kitty-ing down the the catwalk in pointed, low-heels, and even Christian Louboutin who is famous for his 6-inch heel has designed kitten heels for his Fall collection. We know for extra high-heel lovers, the shift may be hard, so experiment, try teaming kitten heels with lady-like tailored clothes such as pencil skirts and nipped in waists; and if your petite, try teaming with a bootleg cut jean for added length to your legs. Purrfect!
